Custom Order and Process

Your order will be similar to the photos and video. All my creations (except for a few items Ready to Ship on this website) are TOTALLY HANDMADE, unique and different, there is no one like another. 

 

PREVIOUSLY

My name is Pilar Mur, and I am the only artisan since its creation: idea, execution, photography, packaging and shipping of the package. Your order will be attended in a personalized way for you without intermediaries (except the transport company that picks up and delivers your order). I am a legally constituted self-employed artisan and this is my usual work.

READY TO SHIP ITEMS (indicated in the description)

The items indicated as “Ready to Ship” are those that are already made and available.

You will receive what you see in the pictures of the item.

They will be processed as soon as the payment is confirmed and shipped with fast transit of the package.

CUSTOMIZABLE CREATIONS

​

If your order is made to order, the work will be started once the payment has confirmed. If by chance I have several orders in progress at the same time, I establish an order by order date. The customer is informed at all times of the start of his order. Payment not requested until the moment the work begins.

GIFT ORDERS or specific date,

please let me know well in advance. Depending on the piece, it can be more elaborate or less. You can suggest ideas or customizations if it is to give as a gift. For Christmastime, please make your order with enough time in advance.

BEFORE ORDERING

The custom orders are sent a previous sketch as a photo or video via WhatsApp, Facebook chat or email (what the customer prefers).

The sketch is the idea with explanation along with a measuring ruler,

so that the customer gets an idea of the size. The sketch is for the customer to get a better idea of how their custom may turn out.
