Returns & Cancellations

I accept exchanges, returns and cancellations, within these areas:
— Shipping costs for returns, due to changes of mind, are at the buyer's expense. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss of value.
— You may request cancellation within 6 hours of purchase for both physical items ordered for immediate shipment and custom items.
— International: All international shipments outside the EU may involve customs fees at destination, no cancellations or refunds are allowed once the package arrives at the destination country, by dismissing the payment of this fee. Since the customer is aware either on this page or by prior contact notice of the payment of such fees. Given that, are international standards customs formalities of any international import subject to each country.
